About Me

Suzi: Syracuse,UT; I graduated in 2004 from the University of Utah with a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies; with an emphasis in Child life. I lived in Uruguay for one and a half years where I became fluent in the Spanish language. I continued my studies in college and came within two classes of obtaining a Spanish minor (who would have thought I might actually use it one day!) I have had the opportunity to spend many hours volunteering for a Headstart program in Salt Lake, the University of Utah Preschool, and the preschools of my own children. I have spent the last seven years surrounded by children - my own, those I have baby-sat, and neighbor friends- and I love it! I am so excited to be teaching preschool, and especially Spanish!

Suzi is a very loving, patient and caring person. She has provided day care for my two children, ages 5 and 7, for a total of about four years. My children have loved going to Suzi's house and they have grown a lot. I am confident that those who enroll their children at Sprouting Spanish Speakers Preschool will be satisfied and the children will have a fun learning experience!

Private lessons available for older kids during the 2011-2012 school year.

Cost is $8 per 1/2 hour lesson. At least 3 lessons per month minimum requirement. Call or e-mail to set up a schedule.
